When will I receive my order?
It takes us between 2 to 5 business days to process an order, after which we will ship it out. You should also account for shipping time, which depends on your location. You can estimate it as follows:
- US: 3-4 business days
- Europe: 3-7 business days
- Australia: 2-14 business days
- Japan: 4-8 business days
- International: 10-20 business days

We work with a print-on-demand company that has fulfillment centers spread across the globe!
Will I have to pay customs fees for my order?
International orders (outside USA) may incur additional customs charges. This fee is beyond our control and is determined by your local customs agency. Customs policies vary greatly between countries, so we recommend checking with your local authorities for more information.
My order should have arrived by now, but I haven't received it yet. What should I do?
Before contacting us, please help us by following these steps:
- Check your confirmation email to ensure there are no errors in the shipping address.
- Inquire about your order at your local post office.
- Ask your neighbors if the carrier may have left your package with them.
Pro tip: To avoid theft, use your work address or a location where you will be present if you won’t be home on the delivery day.
If the address was correct and the package is not at the post office or with your neighbors, contact us at hello@gorditofitusa.com with your order number. If there is an issue with your shipping address, we may need to reship your product, but you will be responsible for any additional costs.
